Breaded pork chops with creamy mustard sauce, care of Paleo Cupboard. The roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon came from The Domestic Man. The mashed potatoes weren’t anything special, just boiled red potatoes and butter.
I lacked a few of the spices called for, but not bad nonetheless. I should’ve used less sweet potato, or added more bacon. Probably the latter. 😃

I wasn’t too hungry this morning, but needed to eat something. These turkey sausage from Jenny-O® are pretty tasty and remind me a lot of traditional breakfast sausage.
No recipe for this one, I just threw some nitrate-free bacon, pan-fried potatoes and red onions, and sliced grape tomatoes in a pan to heat them through, mixed them in with a half dozen eggs, and baked it for 20 minutes.
