I haven’t made bread in years, but it’s something I love doing and it seems I still have some abilities. The apartment smells great, now we just wait for these to cool.

Oven bacon is getting better… 😀
Eggs and turkey sausage
The pan was a bit too hot, burning the eggs a bit. Otherwise, a nice way to continue the day following a 3-mile walk.
Pork chops, Brussels sprouts, and mashed potatoes
Breaded pork chops with creamy mustard sauce, care of Paleo Cupboard. The roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon came from The Domestic Man. The mashed potatoes weren’t anything special, just boiled red potatoes and butter.
