A while back, I learned that I can’t have gluten. The practical impact has been limited, as there are plenty of gluten-free foods to be had, but pasta was something that I would miss now and then. There are plenty of dried gluten-free pastas available, but I was motivated to make my own. It’s surprisingly simple!
We recently bought a new gas grill, and began purchasing fish from a local fishmonger. The results were delicious!
